All RSVP's must be received by Friday, December 2, 2022 to secure your spot for the January event.

ARRIVALS

-   International employees can arrive on Sunday, January 22nd

   All other employees must arrive on Monday, January 23rd no later than 10:00am EST sharp unless approved by Brad Batchelder.

DEPARTURES

- All employees can leave on Wednesday, January 25th after 5 pm EST.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

If you are interested in extending your trip this is first come first serve for room availability at the discounted room block rate.   You will be responsible for the additional night hotel spend at $228++ per night.

Please include pre-post extensions in special requests field on the RSVP form.  

You will be charged by credit card at check-in for the additional nights.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes, but for arrivals we ask everyone to use Uber/Lyft or taxi and expense the cost of your trip.  Please partner up with co-workers on your same flights.

Uber/Lyft: All Uber pickups at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) have moved to the Central Parking garage. To reach the pickup locations, head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways and follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App Pickups.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need a passport? or Visa

Only international attendees will need a passport. For international travelers, please make sure you have a valid Visa (ESTA) also for this trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] I have a food allergy/preference, what do I do?

Please include all food allergies and preferences on your registration form and we will work with the hotel to ensure you have the appropriate food options. At the plated dinner please let your waiter know your food allergy/preference and they will ensure you receive the proper pre-planned meal.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I know about preparing my expense report for Kickoff charges?

Create and submit an expense report labeled “Company Wide Kickoff 2023”.

Individual expenses need to be categorized as “Company Wide Kickoff” (i.e. airfare, lunch while traveling, etc).

Parking is not included in the hotel room rate.  Please do not valet your car.

Dress code - Business Casual (no sport coat required) - use your discretion.

All participants at Kickoff are expected to accept certain responsibilities, and adhere to acceptable business principles in matters of personal conduct, and exhibit a high degree of integrity at all times. This not only involves sincere respect for the rights and feelings of others, but also demands that employees refrain from any behavior that might be harmful to themselves, co-workers, to Applause, or that might be viewed unfavorably. Employee conduct reflects on the company, and we encourage everyone to observe the highest standard of professionalism at all times.

Food / beverage / activity expenses at the Hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  Travefy will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.   Please download Travefy through the personalized link we send you before the trip!

This means you should be checking email daily.
