Travel day to Boston.
A reminder for those traveling from EMEA, India, and the US West Coast, you are permitted to arrive on Monday, January 19th due to the length of travel.
You will be flying into Boston's Logan International Airport, located approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. For those driving in, Encore offers complimentary self parking for all hotel guests. If flying into Boston, please grab an Uber/Lyft to the hotel upon arrival. All Uber pickups at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) have moved to the Central Parking garage. To reach the pickup locations, head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways and follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App Pickups. If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together. Please note that you can submit this expense for reimbursement after the trip.
If you plan on driving here, the hotel offers convenient, indoor parking with direct access to our resort. Encore Boston Harbor is now offering free self-parking daily. Overnight parking is available to hotel guests only. Once you enter the garage, please follow signs for the "Resort" side of the parking garage and not the 'Casino' side.

1:00pm-2:00pm - Event Registration and Meet & Greet! The meeting rooms are located on the lobby level of the hotel. Please follow the sign for the "Resort South" hallway, follow that hallway till the end and you will see the event registration table.
2:00pm-5:00pm - Keynote Speeches and General Session. Today's meetings will be held in the Picasso meeting room.
5:00pm-7:00pm - Free time - use this time to check into your room and catch up!
7:00pm-10:00pm - Applause Awards Night. Join us tonight to kick off a few days in Boston and celebrate all that has been accomplished in 2025!
The Awards Night will be a dressier evening event, and cocktail attire is encouraged. Think polished and evening wear, such as cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, slacks with a jacket or sport coat, or other elevated evening wear. Choose shoes that complement a dressier outfit, and avoid casual items like jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or athleisure.
Food will be served in stations as a stand up reception with heavy appetizers, it is not a sit down dinner.
8:00am-9:00am- Applause Company Wide Breakfast - Breakfast will provided for all attendees this morning prior to the start of today's sessions.
9:00am-12:30pm - Keynote Speeches and General Session. Today's meetings will be held in the Picasso meeting room.
12:30pm-2:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm- 4:30pm - Keynote Speeches and General Session.
4:30pm-6:00pm - Applause Happy Hour! Stay tuned for more details.
6:00pm-7:30pm: Free time
7:30pm - Dinner and drinks at Mystique! Mystique is located in the Resort South hallway on the first floor of the hotel. Tonight's dinner will be station based with enough seating for all!
Today you can grab breakfast on your own prior to the start of the meetings. Giardino, located on the 2nd floor of the hotel is open at 7:00 AM daily and offers a variety of breakfast options. If you are looking for a quicker grab and go option, Dunkin Donuts, located on Casino's first floor of the hotel is open 24 hours. Cheese Meet Wine, located just down the hall from the meeting room, also offers a Sunrise Grab & Go Breakfast daily 7 a.m.–12 p.m.
Check out of the hotel is at 11:00am. We recommend checking out of your hotel room prior to the start of today's session.

For those flying out of the area, we ask that you do not book flights earlier than 1:00 PM. Please arrange an Uber or Lyft from Encore to Boston's Logan airport. If you plan on taking rideshare to Encore Boston Harbor, the hotel has two separate rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations–one for the casino and another for the hotel front drive.
